This Treatment utilizes a 120 min. treatment time.
Designed to give athletes the greatest benefit from their time spent in the gym. This treatment is a customized sequence of assisted stretches. The body not only receives a great reward for its hard work, but also a way to condition itself to maintain muscle mass, as well as strength and size.
This treatment may be performed while the client is fully clothed on a Thai Massage Matt, or traditionally on a massage table. Proper attire is important and always based on client need.
Applied Tension Reduction Therapy $60.00
This Treatment utilizes a 60 min. treatment time.
This treatment combines Reflexology, gentle joint mobility, passive stretching, and Swedish massage techniques. This classic style of Massage Therapy provides stress management within the body, and works well as a monthly maintenance program.
Longer stress relief sessions are available and may be requested. These longer sessions allow more time to focus on areas of specific concern such as, headaches/migraines, sinus or allergy, or simply a more comprehensive version of this treatment. Longer sessions are typically unnecessary, therefore it is recommended to start with the 60 min. treatment and adjust the session later if needed. Pricing for additional time in this treatment is $1.00 per extra minute.
Migraine Treatment $30.00
This Treatment utilizes a 30 min. treatment time
This is a customized treatment which may include acupressure, trigger point work/myofascial release, work on the sinuses, cranio-sacral therapy or any combination of other techniques depending on the type of migraine from which the client suffers. This may need to be a weekly treatment for some, and the recommendation for chiropractic care or acupuncture may be given.
(There is treatment for all types of migraines)
Orthopedic specialty treatment $30.00
This Treatment utilizes a 30 min. treatment time
This treatment typically focuses on one joint of the body and addresses joint concerns such as swelling, inflammation, (bursitis) joint pain, decreased range of motion, nerve impingement, hyper extension and other concerns. Treatment may consist of cryotherapy, topical lineaments, herbal applications, acupressure, or other techniques which may be applied in response to the specific needs of the joint or ailment. The objective of this treatment is to decrease joint discomfort or resolve the problem completely. Over-treatment is a concern in working with these areas. To avoid this risk, the session should not typically exceed the half-hour time frame.
Reflexology Treatment $25.00
This Treatment utilizes a 45 min. treatment time
Session time consists of pressure to the nerve endings located in the hands and feet or the top of the head. These nerve endings are the keys to improving organ function, relieving nerve pain/irritation, detoxification and many other ailments.
Shiatsu treatment $60.00
This Treatment utilizes a 60 min. treatment time
This is a traditional style of Shiatsu massage with some Thai influences througout the session. This treatment is performed on a traditional matt placed on the floor. Suitable clothing is to be worn during this treatment. Clients may wear sweats, t-shirts, Karate gi’s, or anything which does not restrict movement.
This is a great way to balance the body and mind, promote holistic wellness, and bridge into some alternative and holistic approaches such as, acupuncture, herbal remedies, or simply changes in diet and exercise.
General Massage Treatment $60.00
This Treatment utilizes a 60 min. treatment time
This session may incorporate any massage modality or technique and is a freeform style. This “Bruce Lee inspired” philosophy allows more emphasis to be placed on diagnostic and intuitive deduction, therefore a solution will present itself as the treatment proceeds.
This is an excellent way for a new client or someone new to massage to realize their needs and determine a treatment preferences.
Skinny Massage Treatment $80.00
A skinny massage starts with an It Works body Application. This is a herbal detox for the fat cells in the subcutaneous tissue, and takes a minimum of 45 min. and can be applied to any problem area in the form of a wrap. While the application is working, cellulite removal techniques are used in requested areas. Clients are given Nikken water which is an excellent tool when used for flushing the system of toxins. Tragger™ rocking techniques and vitamin enriched synthetic oil is used to improve skin tone without causing any reaction.
